Passion for Nursery Childcare
2006
Starting as an Apprentice.
Sumeet began her career in childcare an apprentice and was excited to work in her family’s setting, where the late HM Queen had toured. She completed her Level 3 in Childcare and later pursued Level 5 in Management. Sumeet contributed to the success of a 76-place setting, sparking her passion for childcare and ensuring every child had the best possible start in life.
2012
Establishing Rising Stars Preschool Ltd.
In 2012, Sumeet and her husband Arvinder founded Rising Stars Preschool Ltd, opening a 50-place setting close to their family’s existing setting.
2017
Opening a new setting.
As demand for funded childcare in Waltham Forest increased, Sumeet’s expertise led to the establishment of a new setting in a local church. This created more spaces and jobs, and the local borough welcomed the expansion.
Expanding to Havering
Recognising the growing demand for childcare, we expanded by purchasing a building to open a 62-place nursery for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are conveniently located near Liberty Mall and a park, making drop-offs easier for parents. Our team continues to grow, and we pride ourselves on a robust recruitment process that has enabled us to build a highly skilled staff team.
